Sweet Chow offers a refreshing change for dining in Minneapolis' vibrant North Loop. Asian street food
inspired menu with a strong emphasis on healthy, seasonal, vegetarian and gluten free options. Culinary
concept designed by Jamie Malone and Erik Anderson, artfully executed by Chef John Krattenmaker.
Specialties include chef-driven interpretations of Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai and Korean dishes including house-made kimchis, sausages and fermented plates, salads and crispy rice cakes, strong traditional flavor profiles blended with western inspiration like Smoked Brisket with Kimchi and soft cooked egg. Modern takes on Banh mi sandwiches, pho and rice bowls. Sit down and take out now, delivery soon, and ice cream in the spring. We offer a full bar with local craft beers and select wine by the glass.
DELIVERY: We will bring our food to you, on a bicycle, fast and hot,
late night or after a hard day of work. We will be offering quick delivery to
the North Loop only that is in keeping with the quality of food.
GROUP LUNCHES: Want something other than a turkey sandwich and a pickle during those business meetings, presentations, corporate retreats, and company lunches? Chow will create delicious, healthy meals for delivery to North Loop and Downtown Minneapolis corporate clients.
ICE CREAM: Nothing goes better with Asian inspired flavors than ice cream! Opening in Spring 2018, Sweet will offer amazing, handmade, creative ice cream treats along with adult ice creams concoctions.
